Getting Started

Before You Begin

The Free Starter Week gives you five omelettes to try. Have one as your first proper meal on any four or five days that suit you, then see whether you enjoy making and eating it regularly.

Your omelette might be breakfast, a later breakfast, brunch or a combined breakfast and lunch. Keep the rest of your eating sensible and flexible.

How to Use This Week

There is no need to begin on a Monday or make the recipes in order. The shopping list covers all five, so you can choose your four or five as you go.

If you miss a day, carry on when it suits you. There is no need to restart. The recipe quantities are guides; adjust them to suit your appetite.

What to Notice

You do not need to score the week or follow it perfectly. Simply notice how long you remain comfortably satisfied, whether you think about food or snacks less before your next meal, and which omelettes you would willingly make again.

One week will not tell you everything, but it can help you decide whether you could see this routine working for you.

Before You Cook

If you have an allergy or are cooking for someone who does, check each recipe and the labels on the ingredients you buy. The recipes in this week include eggs, dairy and mustard. Prepared ingredients may contain other allergens.
