About
I'm Nye Morgan, creator of Omelette Lean.
The idea started as a simple experiment. At 61, I was looking for a simpler way to lose weight, steady my appetite and make everyday eating feel mentally quieter, without tracking, strict rules or constantly thinking about food.
I noticed that on days I started with eggs, I stayed fuller for longer and thought about food less. So I decided to try it properly: one omelette as my first proper meal, most days, and began sharing the process online to stay consistent and see what changed over time.
My appetite settled, and my weight gradually began to drift down.
From there, I kept building out the recipes and how they were ordered, to keep it varied and balanced without becoming complicated.
Omelette Lean isn't a diet. It's a simple meal habit you can return to. The plans simply make the habit easier to follow consistently in everyday life.
