Omelette Lean is operated by Omeletteer Ltd, trading as Omelette Lean.
Our website, omelettelean.com, provides recipes and online features designed to help you make an omelette for your first meal, most days.
By using our website or purchasing Omelette Lean, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory rights.
Free and Paid Access
You can browse public areas of the website without an account.
Creating a free account gives you access to the Free Starter Week and My Recipes, where you can save favourites, cooked history and recipe ratings.
Purchasing Omelette Lean unlocks ongoing access to the paid My Week experience, including recipe suggestions, swapping and shopping lists.
Omelette Lean is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring membership charges.
Access is intended for personal use and requires a customer account. You must not share paid access or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
Prices and Payment
Prices vary by market and are displayed in the applicable currency.
The price you pay is the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and charges displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change prices for future purchases, but this will not affect payments already completed.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers.
Digital Delivery and Access
Omelette Lean is delivered electronically through your customer account. No physical products are shipped.
Paid access is normally activated following successful payment.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, although occasional maintenance, updates or technical interruptions may occur.

Cancellation and Refunds
Before purchase, customers are asked to expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge the effect this may have on their statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Where the legal requirements for loss of the cancellation right are met, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available once digital content delivery has begun.
